On February 22nd the Great Commission Task Force of the Southern Baptist Convention will be delivering their report. This is huge for the future of the denomination. While I love the SBC I am passionately devoted to the Gospel of Christ and what will be laid out in this report has much to do with the Gospel-centeredness of the denomination I'm part of. My prayer is that we make some changes to be more focused on what we should be focused on. There is a culture that is in effect and to shift that culture will take seismic shifts in our denomination and direction. May we be faithful in our service to HIM.
